One of the most important things I have ever learned about positive thinking is how to monitor my thoughts. I learned that it is imperative to feel good if you want to have good things happen in your life. I learned that positive thoughts make me feel good. Negative thoughts make me feel bad.
So ask yourself how are you feeling right now? If you feel bad, you have been thinking negative thoughts. If you feel good, you have been thinking positive thoughts. Remember it’s impossible to think positive thoughts and feel bad.
