So…become a buyer’s friend!
Think about yourself. When was the last time you bought from someone you didn’t like…even a little bit? Unless it was an item you really needed the answer is NEVER!!
You can mess up your product pitch, you can give a weak close, you can be inept in your demo…but you can still sell that buyer if you made a friend out of them!
Why does this work? The
reason is simple. The
buyer knows little about our
products. They need to rely
on you. They need to believe you. They need to TRUST you. Hence people buy from people they TRUST…their friends!!
So…become a buyer’s friend and you’ll have a sale… and a customer for life! Good Selling!
