Each “Team” will continue wearing their own “jersey” which means each will continue to sell under their name; Superior Lamp or Maintenance Engineering. We will be combining Product Lines, Sales Materials, Web Catalog, Newsletter and Awards Program to offer more products, more materials, a Web Catalog and more opportunities under one name…MEBulbs.

Accounts will have Double Protection from both Superior AND M.E. salespeople. If an account has been sold by Reps from both companies during 2016 then they will be grandfathered in and may continue to both sell these “shared accounts.”

You can mess up your product pitch, you can give a weak close, you can be inept in your demo…but you can still sell that buyer if you made a friend out of them!

reason is simple. The
buyer knows little about our
products. They need to rely
on you. They need to believe you. They need to TRUST you. Hence people buy from people they TRUST…their friends!!

Habits of Excellence

I have asked this question before. What are you thinking when you are not thinking? Are you aware of your habits? Those things that are so regular and repeated though out your life that they are automatic. Habits are the human brain’s way of working at a its optimal state. It is what great athletes, soldiers, musicians, artists, and even lighting specialists train for. A habitual striving for success which at its best will allow you to work efficiently allowing you to maneuver quicker and more effectively than you can consciously think. Like a fighter pilot who has trained so much that he can immediately react to any situation. Excellence does not just come our of the blue.. It is a habit!
So I ask you again…What are you thinking when you are not thinking? Try an exercise today. Set your cellphone to alert you 2-3 times a day. Maybe once mid morning, once mid afternoon, and once mid evening. When you get the alert stop and ask yourself what you were thinking or doing before you received that alert. Were you thinking thoughts that were moving you in a positive way? Were you performing actions that were moving you toward your personal success or your life purpose? If the answer is “yes.” Great! If the answer is “No.” Then its time for new habits. Habits of Success!

Now what other habits can you cultivate? Do you have a daily habit of exercise? How about of training yourself on product? 15 mins a day while eating breakfast may not sound like much but if you commit everyday to do that you will be amazed at the results! Habits are malleable and can work wonders in your life. Be aware of your habits and cultivate the ones that move you forward towards your personal success!
